The work itself
Most agencies are vague about what you're paying for. This page isn't. It's the work written down — what happens in your first fortnight, what we do every month after that, what's yours, and what you can realistically expect to see and when.
Prices are on the packages page. This one's about the work.
The clock starts when your completed intake form reaches us — not when you sign. Here's the order things happen in.
The intake form covers your services, your area, your customers, your prices and your photos. If something's missing we'll chase it, because a site built on guesswork reads like a site built on guesswork.
We find the phrases people near you actually type when they need what you do. Not vanity terms — the ones with intent behind them. 'Emergency electrician Llanelli' beats 'electrical services' every time.
A proper multi-page site. Custom, not a template dragged around a page builder. Mobile-first, with contact forms and tap-to-call, page structure planned around your services, correct heading order, schema markup, alt text on every image and clean internal links.
Set up or claimed and cleaned up, under your ownership. Categories, service list, service area, hours, description and photos. You're the owner. We're a Manager.
Your site gets registered with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, your sitemap gets submitted, and every page gets requested for indexing. Analytics goes in with proper consent handling. This is the invisible bit most people skip, and it's why their site sits unseen for months.
Within 14 days of that completed form. Often much faster — we've had sites live in two days when a client turned the form around quickly. The hold-up is almost never us.
A site that launches and then sits there will slide. This is the cycle that stops that happening.

Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, service and location content, and technical fixes — reviewed and tightened as we learn what's landing.
One post a month on Starter, two on Growth, four on Pro. Every one written around a search your customers actually make, with your town in the title and the heading.
Starter keeps your details accurate. Growth adds two posts a month plus guidance on answering your reviews. Pro is fully hands-off — weekly posts, photo uploads, Q&A monitoring, and we reply to reviews on your behalf.
Every new page and post submitted to Google and Bing the day it goes live, so nothing sits waiting to be found.
Growth includes rank tracking and a plain-English monthly report — where you rank, what moved, what traffic came in and what's next. Pro adds competitor analysis and a quarterly strategy review.
Starter is the ongoing foundation. Growth adds more content, tracking and active profile management. Pro is for businesses who want the lot handled without touching it.
Compare the packages and pricing →Nobody in this industry likes writing this bit down. Here it is anyway.
Site live. Google Business Profile live or cleaned up. Google knows you exist. You may start showing up for your own business name straight away.
Pages getting indexed. Early movement on long, specific searches — the 'emergency plumber Ammanford Sunday' end of things. Map pack activity starts if your profile had been neglected.
Usually where it gets interesting. Enough content and enough signals for the competitive local phrases to start shifting. Most clients notice the phone before they notice the rankings.
Compounding. Every post is another door into your site, and the ones from month one are now aged and trusted. It's why we ask for three months and not twelve.
Anyone promising you page one in 30 days is either buying links, targeting phrases nobody searches, or lying. Local SEO is a slow burn that pays for years. We'd rather tell you that now than explain it in month two.
We can't guarantee a position on Google, and neither can anyone else. Google decides when a page gets crawled, indexed and ranked. What we can do is the work that makes it likely, remove anything technical standing in the way, and show you honestly what moved and what didn't. If a month was quiet, the report will say so.
This matters more than people realise, and it's where a lot of agencies quietly stitch clients up.
We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in it.
Not everyone's ready for a monthly commitment, and we'd rather build you something good than talk you into something you don't need yet. The Launchpad is a one-off build — a professional site, a one-time SEO setup and your Google Business Profile sorted, for a single payment with no contract. It does not include ongoing SEO, monthly content or rank tracking, so it's a starting point rather than a substitute.
